EZHRM was founded by 30 Days Technologies with one clear mission: make professional HR management accessible to every Indian business — from a 20-person factory in Surat to a 500-person retail chain in Mumbai.
We saw too many businesses still using Excel for payroll, WhatsApp for leave applications, and paper registers for attendance — not because they didn’t want better, but because existing software was too complex or too expensive.
