“I’ve visited hundreds of Indian factories, offices, and shops over the years. And everywhere I went, I saw the same thing — HR managers with massive Excel files, business owners worried about PF compliance, employees who hadn’t received their payslip yet, and attendance registers that nobody really trusted.
I kept asking: why is this still the reality? Why hasn’t software fixed this? The answer was clear — most HR software is built for MNCs, not for a 50-person garment factory or a 100-person retail chain in a tier-2 city.
